
Mauro Ferraro Albertoni

With more than 25 years of experience, he has been Art Director and Creative Director in several advertising agencies. Throughout his career he worked for local and international brands. He was elected member of the board of the Uruguayan Advertising Circle (CUP) for several consecutive years. In 2016, he was elected president of “Desachate”, an event that brings together speakers referring to advertising and marketing from around the world, organized by the CUP. He taught classes and workshops at Universidad ORT, Universidad Católica and Brother Academy. During 3 years he taught Art Direction, Creativity and Strategy in "El Laboratorio", an academic program of the CUP. He had the honor of being elected 6 times as a jury of the "Campanas de Oro", festival organised by the Chamber of Advertisers from Uruguay that rewards the best advertising pieces in the country. He was also a juror in international festivals such as Ojo de Iberoamérica (Argentina), San Sebastián (Spain) and New York Festival (USA). He won awards at national and international festivals such as: Cannes, Fiap, Ojo de Iberoamérica, San Sebastián, Wabe, Lápiz de Oro, New York Festival, Clio Awards, Gramado, Campana de Oro and Desachate, among others.
